• ECG data analysis August 2019-December 2019
MIT-BIH arrhythmia data analyzed using signal processing in MATLAB. Performed various operations to determine Various factors. Designed low pass filter using hamming window to remove frequency above 50 HZ. Calculated cross correlation between filtered and original data. Software: MATLAB.
• Segmentation of MRI data using MATLAB April 2019-May 2019 Anatomically arranged 42 MRI DICOM images in a montage view. Eliminated skull and the soft tissues. 2D contour showing the tumor and a 3D image of the brain were generated. This project helped me learn image processing functions like image segmentation, contour, image filtering and enhancement. Software: MATLAB.
• Portable audiometer August 2017-May 2018
Created full hardware of portable audiometer to diagnose hearing ability. Using ATmega328 microcontroller, waveform generator circuit and intensity control unit. It gives sinusoidal acoustic output with easily selectable frequency level with intensity variable between 0 to 60 dB HL in1.25 dB steps. Constructed PCB layout and compile full hardware circuit. Software: PCB Creator, Arduino IDE.
