o Manager responsible for directing test planning, preparation of instrumentation, data reduction, flight test evaluations, lab evaluations, financial assessments, and all ground support activity. o Responsible for ensuring safe execution of flight test programs, ensuring timely, effective, and efficient actions are taken to accomplish test activities per contract objectives. Provide Flight Test IPT qualified mechanical engineers, field engineers, industrial engineers, instrumentation engineers, data reduction engineers, and ground operation technicians to support flight test programs. o Develop and maintain skills and qualifications required to safely and efficiently support all flight test requirements with System Test IPT’s, government and contractor flight test agencies, and perform common managerial duties and tasks in accordance with established guidelines. o Develop and maintain Air Vehicle master schedule, brief vehicle status and configuration at Mission Readiness Reviews.

o Coordinate and manage multi-discipline activities and plan vehicle modifications and lay-up periods. o Interface daily with Air Force senior leadership concerning current and future events related to B-2 maintenance and test operations.
