Verifying the adherence of the DOE requirements for the P6 schedule WBS, Activity ID’s and stringent coding structures for the tie-in to In-Eight and Cobra. Maintain EVMS compliance for CD-2 & CD-3 funding.

2013 TO 2014 - PROJECT CONTROLS DIRECTOR

ATLANTIC GULF & PACIFIC (AG&P), MANILA, PHILIPPINES

Responsibilities included the development & implementation of the Corporate Project Controls Department. My responsibility facilitates the updating of the policies and procedures per ISO parameters and the implementation of the Oracle Systems modules. The set-up of these policies, processes and procedures warrants the responsibility of managing up to 85 Project Control personnel while empowering the following divisions; cost, scheduling, prefabrication material handling, QS (quantity surveying), (PTA) time keeping, invoice reconciliation to finance, and bid and technical proposal group, thus providing the leadership team with the tools to complete corporate requirements.

Responsibilities at the Project Level include the Project Controls set-up of the largest offshore manufacturing contract ever signed in the Philippines. The cradle to grave set-up included all new coding structures: WBS-OBS-CBS, and Resource Codes for Primavera, code of accounts for cost control, a QS automated system for field progress, and hand held devices for Timekeeping. All of these new coding structures are tied together and merge into the Project Module of Oracle, to provide a seamless, and automated roll up from all programs. The set-up of a Primavera Master schedule involving all existing projects and all proposal projects was designed to forecast resource planning for look ahead status.

Clients include: BP, Chevron, Shell, Gazprom, Mitsubishi, Inpex, Fluor, Bechtel, Dow, Technip, Keppel, B2Gold (Mining) with projects consisting of Offshore FPSO Modules and Onshore E&I houses, Piperack Modules & Platforms.

2010 TO 2013 PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER

Provide cost and schedule for the environmental portion of the DPV2 Project, a $1.2BB, 157 mile Transmission Line upgrade from Colorado River to Hemet. Duties include the implementation and maintenance of the overall environmental schedule to include: Environmental Surveys, Mitigation Plans & Measures, NTPR’s, Permitting, and SCE activities to include: CPUC Compliance, Licensing, Engineering, Biological Reports.
