TUV NORD Germany.

Validation. (standrad room)

CMM (Co-ordinate Measuring Machine)

Contoure —Cord Tracer Machine.

Osaka Gear Testing Machine.

Hommel Etamic Machine. (Laser Inspection Machine)

Video Measuring Machine.

Optical Vision Measuring Machine.

Profile Projector.

Height Gauge.

UALITY CONTROL

Checking quality of various types of gears i.e Spur gear, Helical gear, Bevel gear.

Checking quality of good at various level (In process inspection and pre dispatched inspection)

Cooperated with the quality management to design and development quality assurance

standards.

Testing gears dimensionaly with master drawings.

Gears major parts size checking by measuring instrument i.e Vernier caliper, Bore dial gauge.

Prepare pre dispatched inspection report.
