Responsibilities:

Carrying out dimensional & visual inspection on Oil tools such as Rotary Shouldered Connections, Cross -over subs, Drill pipe, HWDP, Drill Collars and Drill Stem Components, etc fabricated by CISCON Machine Shop using the approved standard. i.e DS-1, API Spec. 7-1, API Spec. 7-2, API Spec 5A5, API Spec 5B, etc and appropriate measuring instruments.

Carrying out Internal Audit, Suppliers Audits using ISO 9001:2015, API Spec Q1 9th Edition, API Spec Q2 and other applicable Standards used in Oil & Gas Sector.

Carrying out Audit Follow up and ensure that NCs are closed out within the stipulated period.

Carrying out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failure, Non-Productive Time (NPT) and other investigations

Developing Service Quality Plan for each service line/Contract and ensure its implementation.

Developing Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for Well Completions, Slick-line, Liner hanger, tubular and casing services and ensure its implementation.

Carrying out Process Review using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) tool in all process line.

Carrying out Category I to IV inspections on Casing and Tubular Handling Tools as per API RP 8B

Ensuring drifts, gauges and measuring instruments used in CISCON Machine shop and Well Completion Department are calibrated and review the Calibration Certificates.

Carrying out QC check on Completions equipment/tools during makeup and stab up.

Supervising the third party inspection company on all Non-destructive Test (NDT) and lifting inspection.

Carrying out Quality presentation and awareness during monthly QHSSE meeting.

Participating in daily Toolbox meeting.

Inspecting workplace for unsafe conditions

Carrying out Dupont Stop Program (STOP CARD)

Participating in Hazard hunting.

Participating in Job Safety Analysis (JHA).

Maintaining a relevant Quality and HSE log and documentation. ACHIVEMENTS:

Our Quality team carried out Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) in all CISCON process line, and we have achieved zero Non-Productive Time (NPT) in all our operations for the past four years.
