Handling over all 120MW operation and Maintenance of solar power plant in Tamil Nadu

Land acquisition Liaoning with Govt. agencies and getting statutory approvals on time.

Follow up with TANGEDCO and related Department for Liaisoning, Power purchase agreement, load follow study, safety and commissioning certificate etc.

Follow up with TANGEDCO for EB Meter reading, Billing and Invoice submission.

Finalize EPC Contractor, scope of work, selection of Equipment with appropriate design standards and calculations.

Review site Construction and FQP (Field quality plan).

Ensure Project safety, Quality and completion on time.

Ensure HOTO (handover and take over) and transfer to O&M smoothly with complete audit as per EPC

Plant and yield improvement during O&M time.

Third party audit and project closure.

Prepared work plan schedule and Maintain for daily weekly and monthly Generation report.

Lead to preventive and breakdown maintenance and maintain record

Monitoring of SCADA and ensuring plant performance To achieve maximum plant availability as per estimated Generation.
