DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand mechanical drawing. In reason to fabricate work piece like gear, shafting, bushing, bolt and nut.
Involved in erection and installation of mechanical equipment.
Assembling of pumps and motor on skid.
Dimensional alignment of pump and motor on its corresponding references.
Centering, alignment, and leveling of mechanical equipments.
Installation of hydraulic manifold.
Erection and installation of air fan cooler.
Bolt tightening and torqueing up of all types of flanges and how to located, alignment, fabricate and install.
Developing and preparation of pre-commissioning system and detailed procedures for flushing, blowing, lube oil system, chemical cleaning, pickling of process line of compressors, leak test, inerting, etc.
Assist vendor’s engineers with pre-commissioning works.
Pre-commissioning and Lubrication.
Dissel refilling.
Pre – inspection and installation of mechanical valves.
Line checking of motor – pipe lines, each system.
Calibration of vibration of motor pump.
Checking of temperature and speed of motor pump.
Replacement of dissel filter, air filter, and oil filter
Involved on trouble shooting of mechanical HVAC system.
Preventing maintenance.
Correctly using hand and power tools.
