The first tower is a 20-storey structure that mostly houses office space with hotel amenities on the top three levels. The second tower, partially overlapping the office tower, is a 60-storey tower which is composed of two structures that are interconnected with a structural steel link bridge that has impressive sky gardens on both sides.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the following for Re-measurement:
1. Quantities are re-measured from drawings and physical site visits 2. SC’s are procured using re-measure information
3. Over/under measures are calculated by comparing the re-measured quantities to the tender BOQ 4. Re-measure information is used to assess the revenue and cost for variations and contractual claims
Ensure the following for Subcontractor and Major Supplier Procurement Process: 1. The Works are efficiently collated into SC packages 2. All SC tender packages are collated using the Company standard documents 3. All SC Works, variations, liability sheets and contractual claims for valuation are accurately assessed 4. All SC payment applications are accurately assessed and paid in accordance with the SC Agreement 5. All SC contra charges are correctly processed
6. All SC contemporary records collated for record purposes 7. The SC filing system maintained in the system and hard documents
Ensure the following for Main Contract Administration – Claim and Variations 1. Accurately re-measure, value and submit variations and contractual claims to the Engineer for payment 2. Maintain a variation and contractual claim schedule 3. Ensure the relevant variations and contractual claims are considered. 4. Ensure variations and contractual claims schedule is incorporated in the Project Monthly Report
Ensure the following for Main Contract Administration – Payments and Applications: 1. All contract works, variations and contractual claims are valued accurately and included in the Monthly Payment Application
