FMLA employee tracking. (Medical notes, Benefit coverage premiums, COBRA)

Responsible for COBRA enrollments and managing. (Term employees, LOA employees, ineligible dependents)

Process Terminations. (Benefits, including COBRA enrollment, filing)

Acted as liaison between temp agencies and leadership to support daily operations when manager was not present.

Responsible for assisting on requests of employment files, such as copying, wage statements, subpoenas, VOE, auditing for government requests.

Responsible for all Garnishments (IWO, Child Support, Benefit Support Order, Subpoenas for wages)
