Currently working As a Site Engineer in SUMITRA ELECTRICALS in ELCINA Electronics Manufacturing Cluster Bhiwadi Project Rajasthan From 21 June To present.

Working experience of 3 years and 10 months as Asst. Engineer in KEI Industries Ltd in IPDS/RADRP/DDUGJY Project with PVVNL, Uttar Pradesh from 14 Sep; 2016 to 1 Jun. 2020.

Job profile and responsibilities:-

Erection, Operation and Maintenance, Overhead and Underground HT & LT networking, RMU (3 way & 4 way), Sectionalized and Augmentation of old 11KV line, LT line, 11/.044 KV Distribution. Preparation of schemes for electrification of loop’s and for replacement of old bare LT line with new AB cables .

At NDMC IPDS Project. Project comprises of supplying and laying of underground cables 11kv,33kv and L.T cables of various sizes in NDMC Area Delhi.

Supervision of 33/11 kv GSS works. Installation of CT, PT,CB & ISOLATOR.

Installation of 33 kv bay,11 kv bay, 33 kv bus bar,11 kv bus bar.

Worked as at IPDS Project. Under PFC and Project comprises for erection of material in 11kv,33kv lines,New DT installation, HT Reconductoring of HT Lines,New LT Lines, installation of New DTs against the system improvement, strengthening and augmentation of distribution system for bringing down AT&C Losses.

Co-ordination with clients, contractors and sub-contractors in case of row (Resistance of way) problem for on-time execution of project.

Installation and commissioning of Overhead 11kv, 33kv HT line, LT line & Distribution transformers with safety measures.

Installation of 12.8/11.8 mtr GI lattice type Tower.

Arrangement for shut down for charging the new or retrofitted system.

Time management & job planning and allocation of work to subordinates for team work.

Coordination and following up with contractor and vendors.

Effective Resource Planning and Maintain the stock of essential spares for smooth project working.

Site Co-ordination, Execution of work as per the Design/Drawing & Quality.

Make Measurement and Bills of Contractor and its Certification, Planning and executing the Electrical and Utility Installation and commissioning activities.

Safety induction & controlling. It’s have GPS Survey of Feeders, H.T. & L.T. Line erection Work, 11 Kv Distribution Transformers Installation Work.

Daily Records of Filling & proper documentation day by day under guidelines of Seniors Making arrangements for Handing Over/Taking Over of the Projects.
