Completed remodeling and construction for various tenant improvement projects.
Constructed new simulation lab for Automated Driving Research for Institute of Transportation Studies at UC Berkeley, which also includes continuous responsibility of updating and maintenance of actual simulator unit. As a general engineering and contractor, provided engineering solutions for various projects.

FISHER DEVELOPMENT
Managed “core & shell” a ground-up building, 32,000 square foot of store for CRATE AND BARREL, located on South Main Street, Walnut Creek, CA
Planned and managed a retrofit of the existing eight-story hotel for CHL and the FRENCH Connection Store in San Francisco, CA

Managed demolition of three existing buildings to build one large complete ground-up building, consist of 20 live-work lofts units and 4 commercial units. Also responsible for design-built of completed HVAC system for above project. Located on Howard Street, San Francisco.
Troubleshot all architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings for up to date building codes, to have consistency with other trades.

Planned the complete architectural facilities design layout for the Central Bank, main branch in Tehran, Iran, including all underground ballistic missile proof safes.
Designed mechanical construction drawings for the construction of a 270-store shopping mall in Chabahar, Iran.

AMPEX CORPORATION
Major renovation and remodel of 17 buildings in the company campus of over one million square feet, including remodeling of the AMPEX executive suite.
Designed the digital optic special effects training center.
Designed and updated the special effects video computer room with editing labs, bringing them up to code. Estimated each project cost, obtained all bids and building permits, submitted reports to various departments for the authorization, licensing, etc.
