Incoming Inspection of components Assembly and testing of medical devices. Cable preparation, assembly of optics units.

Failure analysis and troubleshooting of failed device.

Hands on experiences of usages of mechanical instrument like Dial gauges, height gauges, venires callipers to check parts features such as parallelism, planarity, Pitch’s, Hole features...etc as per engineering drawings.

Creating Production Plans and Testing Plans for project specific.

Validation of special process and creating documentation as per ISO 13485.

Publishing and maintenance of process documents, records.

Coordinating with design / RD team for resolution of software bugs,tracking Issues in Jira software.

Handling team of 5 production technician, ensure process are carried out as per procedures.
