I. Oracle Applications Support:

Synopsis:

It is a Support Project for all the financial Modules, My Role is Oracle Apps Technical Consultant in which will be analyzing, customization and supporting the technical issues for all the modules.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling production support tickets.

• Handled client calls regarding the ticket’s status and the progression of work.

• Prepared the functional, technical and migration document as per AIM Methodology.

• Created Supplier and Supplier Site details update through API.

• Customized AP, AR and GL Reports as per the business requirement from the client.

• Created Custom Forms to get the entry data form as per the user requirement.

• Created Test Plan, Technical design document, Migration Steps and release notes for the migration of code changes from Development Environment to Production Environment using STAT tool by Quest.

• Customized Reports as per the business requirements.

• Finding Root Cause Analysis for incidents.

Synopsis:

This Tool helps to develop the reports in Oracle Application. And this is completely developed in OAF and AOL Objects, these types of reports will avoid the Custom code. From this report we can able to do the performance tuning of a particular section or the entire SQL and PLSQL queries. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed a particular section of SQL tuning with the Automatic SQL Tuning function from the database.

• Creation of SQL Tune Set and enhancing it with the defined parameters to view the detailed plan and providing the suggestions on it.

• As the next version of this tuning process preparing the Intelligence section on it as by making the tuning process by its own.

• And then by creating the OAF page to validate the SQL Script and to start the tuning process.

• Creation, validation and update process is completely done on OAF and those pages were deployed in it.

• Taken as lead role for completion of some important tasks while developing the report.

• Customized API were created to assign the defined responsibilities to the report and also created the alerts for the report process. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
