Project experience in modeling and simulation of fuel cell, Ultra capacitors and Battery for hybrid electric vehicle application.
Knowledge in Mathematical modelling, Battery Management System, charging and discharging for EV application and Thermal Management.
Knowledge in fuel cell operation, energy management strategy and well to wheel analysis.
Experience of 2 years in Hardware circuit design including SMPS, Controller selection and communication.

Experience of 1year in hardware testing using Mixed Domain Oscilloscope, DSO, Electronic Load, Power supply and other equipments.

Project based training at Skill lync for Fuel cell, Ultracapacitor, BMS modeling and simulation using MATLAB and Simulink.
Project 1: To create the simulink model of fuel cell, Li-Ion battery, Energy Management block and plot the distribution of power among these sources. Responsibilities:
Modelling of energy management system to implement the above three energy storage devices for hybrid electric vehicle
Modelling and simulation of Fuel cell, Li-Ion battery and analyse the performance in MATLAB.
Project 2: To create a complete vehicle model including driver model, electric Power train model and vehicle model.
Responsibilities:
To model basic vehicle including driver, power train and vehicle in MATLAB
To create rule based control strategies for hybrid system with three sources
To create statistical closed loop model of fuel cell

It is a multifunction meter which can display various parameters like energy, power, harmonics etc.
Responsibilities:
Designed an SMPS of 12V, 6W output with flyback topology
Designed a DC-DC switching regulator with synchronous buck topology
Drawn the schematic in Altium and assisted layout team for placement.
Prepared Specification, cost workout, design and testing documents for the complete product.
Project 2: 20 I/Os Analog Modbus with Relay
It is an STM32F103 based control board which can control the hybrid energy Management system consists of DC Generator, Solar and AC grid.
Designed and tested complete product
Did the software modifications according to customer requirement Other Projects:
Designed and tested an SMPS with wide input range of 20-265VAC and output 12V, 3W output with flyback topology
