I am a former Claims capturer at Discovery health and a 3rd year student at Damelin College, left with 1 module with an extensive range of skills coupled with various business solutions to support overall corporate goals. I have gained a great deal of knowledge that will enhance your company’s success. In my IT modules and field of work I have acquired skills in web designing, end user computing, customer service, any internet related configuration with troubleshooting, call center skills, data capturing and team work even though I work better individually, also helped out with some claims capture team leader duties when the team leader needed assistance. I’m young, fresh and as a student and working, juggling multiple projects, I also developed excellent time management skill and the ability to keep a cool head in a high pressured situation. I’m fluent in English, a fast learner, hard worker, always try by all means to keep things done and updated, curious too.
