After graduation I worked in startup company, I-Net Infotech (https://www.inetinfotech.in/) which focuses on software development, network solutions and IT training. Each year I-Net Infotech provide training to more than 200 IT professionals for CISCO certification, Red Hat certification, Microsoft certification. Over the years the company has grown significantly and reached a total strength of more than 50 full time employees. My position in the company was network engineer however the startup nature of the company demands me to handle different duties simultaneously.

oMonitoring, configuration, troubleshooting and managing the existing network

oModify the existing network according to the requirement

oExperience in switching configurations and upgrading switches to latest versions.

oProvide training on the basics of CCNA, N+

oCoordinate training for different certification, scheduling classes and communicate the schedule with trainees and instructors on a day to day basis, monitoring and updating syllabus of different certification.

oHelp the trainees in finding suitable jobs which includes continuously monitoring of the job market, short list the job matches with individual candidate and provide training to candidate for job interview.
