Work include remediation of issues on over 2000 Microsoft Windows servers running various Windows version hosted on numerous VM Vcenters in multiple external client domains.

Worked with Epiq System engineers on defining documentation for other contracted engineers to follow during the initial phase of problem remediation.

Projects:

IT Problem Analyst Piscataway, N.J. 3/19 – 5/19

Project initiated by IEEE CIO to define root causes of major Compute services outages and give remediation actions to the issues.

Specification, administration, and maintenance of over 2000 Compaq/HP servers running Windows 2000/2003. Administration of various Microsoft Back Office products including MS Exchange, MS SQL MS IIS. Monitoring of HP servers using HP Insight Manager, NetIQ and Vmware Virtual Center.

Managed turn over of HP server hardware support from HP on call support to internally managed support program saving J&J’s NCS division over $900,000 annually in hardware server support.

Coordinated the purchase and managed the inventory of over $500,000 HP server spare parts that are kept on site in the Raritan campus to support over 2000 data center servers.
