Role 1: Executive Assistant
{ Responsible managing CEO and COO diaries, typing documents, organizing memos & handling incoming/outgoing calls.
{ Responsible for creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office, arranging boardroom meetings & providing feedback.
{ Also responsible for screening of calls, making notes of essential information and prioritizing the calls to be returned by the CEO and COO.
