Product Manager • Sopra Steria • May 2019 – July 2020 Digilab Manager at Eurocontrol. The Digilab is aimed at reducing risks and pre-industrialize innovative techniques and processes such as new UI/UX for an existing tool, or use of ML to improve the efficiency of ATC experts.
– Setup & bootstrap of the Lab (overall objective: integration to EUROCONTROL processes)
– Coordinate with governance and operational teams
– Communicate all sequences content, plan, commitments, requirements & QA plans, schedule, budget and scope
