Crunch is a POS Add-on software, that can integrate with over 41 existing systems and is one of the ONLY that can add mobile, kiosk, and online ordering (without having to replace their existing POS) in just a few hours. Trusted by over 10,000 restaurants.
Channel Manager. Responsible for creating and managing the companies first channel program. Created channel from the ground up, recruited, and enabled new channel partners.
Achievements
Program Setup. Helped define product positioning, pricing, partner margins, marketing tools (reseller PowerPoint), recruiting emails, competitive matrix.
Partner Portal & Website. Created partner portal and all of the resources available within the portal. Sales, marketing materials, partner locator, etc.
Recruiting. Initiated the first recruiting campaigns for the company.
First Alliance. Initiated company’s first alliance program with CITIZEN.
Call Center Studio, Inc., Austin, TX (Remote) October 2019 – March 2020
The world’s first call center software built on Google. Web-based, SaaS application; low cost, fast, easy, scalable, award-winning, can be set up anywhere in the world in 10 min. Clients included eBay, FedEx, Xerox, L’Oréal, Domino’s, Deloitte, Toshiba, Pepsi, and more. Company based out of Europe.
Channel Manager. Responsible for helping to set up, refine, and manage the first US-based reseller program—was the acting country manager. Worked with new partners for onboarding, prepped with model, and coaching calls. Reported to former Sr. VP at Motorola, VP at GE. Left with excellent references when the company ran out of funding.

One of the nation’s largest teleradiology SaaS companies with over 1,200 clients. Providing diagnostic reads, billing, and proprietary software for the largest healthcare companies in the market. Clients included Kindred Hospital, Schryver Medical, MMDS Mobile, and Allied Imaging.
National Call Center Manager. Managed 24 agents locally and through remote offices. Lead all aspects of recruiting, training, onboarding of new clients, payroll and scheduling, ensure overall growth for call center.

Sales Manager. Managed team of 3-5 full-time sales consultants and 15-20 personal trainers. Responsible for the development of the sales team. Averaged 90-100% to budget of club’s membership EFT sales and point of sale personal training goal. $10,000 average monthly EFT goal. Promoted to sales manager after 3 months.
