Company description: Sameday Courier is a deliveries company. It has 12 years of activity in delivery services and its services are, for now, on a national level. Responsibilities: My job revolved around two special applications, which are vital for the account support job. One of them was used to search various information about the deliveries and other logistic details (couriers, tariffs etc) and the other application was used to respond to the client's request. The ''clients'' were companies which used the services of Sameday Courier. By using the two applications, I would handle multiple demands from various companies and try to reach a final resolution for many types of problems which occured.
