Oversee, train, develop skillsets, hiring & process improvements of the Engineering & Estimating Department and its employees. Directly supporting Senior and Executive Leadership, Pre-Sales, Ops, & Service Support Depts. internally & externally. Directly responsible for understanding new technology and providing a cost proposal. Created efficiencies and overhauled estimating tool to increase overall productivity. Filled in as Sales Executive as needed on special projects. Lead two teams, Tampa and Atlanta Offices, totaling (1) engineering specialist, (1) team lead, (5) estimators and (1) junior estimator. 2012–2014

Provided project management expertise to hospital contractors and technicians; responsible for communicating requirements to contractors and technicians and ensuring the scope of work was completed to the customer’s satisfaction. Installed, evaluated, and provided repairs to Security Systems and Nurse Call Systems for commercial businesses and hospitals throughout the US. DeKalb County School System (DCSS) – CCTV/Card Access Technician 2007–2012

Responsibilities included overseeing and supporting ~150 schools and facilities throughout DCSS.
