Fall 2019. As a freelance writer, I submitted a personal essay to the L.A. Affairs column, which inevitably became published, titled “He insisted on paying for our date. Then I got his Venmo request,” published 14 September, 2019.

Spring 2018. As an employee, my tasks consisted of scheduling (particularly in cases of filming, meetings, and otherwise), filing paperwork, and monitoring the general comings and goings of the USC cinema school.

Summer 2017. Worked as an intern completing administrative tasks on behalf of my supervisor, the station’s music director; voiced expertise during music and promo meetings; pursued side projects related to writing and media content.

EDUCATION

Completed USC/LARB Publishing Workshop in which my understanding of the publishing industry was greatly affected. While a participant, I had a lyric essay published in one of LARB’s channel sites, Pub Lab, titled To Those of You Who Are Bold Enough to Take On the Self-Aggrandizing Title, ‘Writer’.
