EXPERIENCE

2019-Current

Industrial Painter, Reyco-Granning, LLC

·I am currently the Lead Painter for the company. I am also responsible for the training of new painters that join the department. I am EPA and OSHA certified, as well as SCBA and API certified. Most recently I have resolved a long-standing issue between the company and several customers with a quality concern, and we are now the number one supplier for paint quality with the same customers. We have subsequently acquired contracts with DoD and Tesla.

2015-2019

2010-2015

2004-2012

Lead-Installer, Seal-Smart, LLC

·I was the Senior Installations Lead, and the Training Director for the company’s nationwide fleet. I was responsible for the maintenance and training of all installation teams across 14 states, as well as the Lead of my own installation team. At the time, I handled between $25,000 and $60,000 of accounts at any given time. I was able to create a training manual and operations protocol across the board that provided the company with a set series of training and operating procedures that was able to increase productivity, as well as increase maintenance performance with limited down time and maximum efficiency.

Director of Operations, Clean Slate Innovations, LLC

·I grew with this company from the bottom ranks to the top. By the end of my time with them, I was responsible for every aspect of daily operations, client relations, field service, contract acquisition, employee acquisition/retention/training, etc. I handled our EPA and OSHA inspections, met with existing and potential clientele and staff, organized operations schedules, and maintained the field equipment. There was not a single action in the company operations that took place without my knowledge and/or authorization. A 24/7 position, and I loved it.

Corporal of Marines, United States Marine Corps

·Primary MOS 6156, Airframes Mechanic, (FAA) Licensed

·Secondary MOS 5811, Military Police, Certified

·Honorable Discharge from Active Duty

COMMUNICATION

I can effectively maintain communication on several platforms and protocols including voice, video, email, and reporting. All communications should done in such a manner that on of two endpoints is reached; either the communication will show the pathway by which resolution was achieved (in detail), or enough details should be provided, if resolution has not been achieved, to allow the next tier of assistance to know exactly what has been done and why, so they can know exactly what their next steps should be. Communication should never leave “gaps”, only dedicated information.

LEADERSHIP

I am a Marine. Leadership is an instilled quality in all Marines, from boot camp to the grave. We are trained to take charge of any situation, adapt to the needs of the circumstances, and overcome the obstacles to achieve success. We do not believe in the concept of failure. That being said, we are also taught to follow the experience of those who have it, and learn from them, to better our own competency. As a civilian, I have carried this over and maintained my leadership skills to the highest degree. I continually strive for more knowledge and experience in all fields, so that I may be able to lead when necessary and achieve success for the team. I currently lead a small team of biblical study and fellowship on a daily and weekly basis, and we have created community-based outreach programs to reach more of those in need. On many levels we achieved success as a team. The same type of action happens in the workplace; adapt and overcome. Lead those in need, in the manner needed, to achieve mission success in every circumstance.

At this time, because I cannot acquire Industry Standard Certifications without employer verified experience in the IT field, I am currently enrolled with InfoSec, Cybrary, and Programming Hub to continue both education and application. This is in conjunction with my current enrollment in the University of Phoenix Bachelors program for Information Technology and Security, with an Advanced Certification in Cyber Security.
