Project Manager
SPS is an Avaya Business Partner and as a business partner they install new Avaya systems as well as upgrade current systems for both Voice and Data networking.
As a SPS Project Manager I was assigned projects that varied in their complexities. They included items such as installing a single DS1 card up to installing large Avaya Communication Manager Systems with multiple sites using Local Survivable Processors, S87XX, G430, G450, G650 and IP Office including VOIP, CMS, embedded and standalone SAL gateways.
During my stay with SPS I would normally have assigned 15 to 20 projects at any given time as well I was assigned to Securitas Security Services as their dedicated PM. As their PM I would manage their moves between locations and their new installs.
Project management included reviewing SOW’s with the customer, setting a time line, creating a project plan, getting resources assigned including outside contractors and negotiate costs, scheduling both internal and external project calls, creating meeting minutes, following up on action items to insure the project success and obtain the customers acceptance once complete.

Manage all aspects of converting Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney Premium Voice to Verizon Services for domestic as well as international locations within EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific
Manage and oversee complex delivery project level activities for major customer outsourcing program. Responsible for overseeing Verizon commitments and resources worldwide to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and global policies are adhered. Manage 2- Global Voice work streams for: North America, EMEA and Asia PAC

Telecommunication Services Manager
Managed provisioning of all telecom circuits, Telco equipment and systems for Intuit in Tucson, AZ as well as 10 remote sites including a major Data Center for Telecom, Data Network and Video systems.
Performed annual and semi-annual reviews and provided staff development for Engineers maintaining approximately 5000 seats across four call centers running on Avaya S8720 Systems. Supported systems also included outsourcers in offshore locations in India and Asia consisting of 1500 Avaya VoIP seats.
Implemented ESS with three of our major contact centers.
Maintain fiscal budgets for capital expenditures as well as monthly maintenance budget responsibilities.
Maintaining Business Unit communications for any outages or service interruptions as well as informing them via Change Management for any scheduled maintenance outages. Our ticketing system was Remedy, used daily to track outages, and as well used BRIO for reporting to ensure SLA’s for internal and external customers were maintained.
