• Chief of Readiness for the Air Force Reserve Command – in charge of 5,000 Air Reserve engineers

Developed a new $230M POM initiative to transform 5,400 engineers and craftsmen

Established a web-based equipment process enabling oversight of $72M of equipment

Set standard for all Air Force Reserve to follow--provided career vectors to 600 CE officers
