WORK EXPERIENCE

Lear Corporation June 1986- Present

Under the direction of the Foreman, Assembler for Automobile Car seats for GM

Conducted Quality Assurance and process to ensure Seating was produced with perfection

Operated the 60 percent close out of the rear seat back out station.

Attached trimming foam and to stabilize car seat framing.

Achieved hourly counts required by the Lear and for the company receiving suppliers.

Group lead, delegated tasks, resolved issues that may arise with production. Support all colleagues for 20 different work stations.

Verify all parts by scanning with through computer software program to ensure all parts matched.
