Project Description: The main aim is to optimize chemicals to attain the desired brightness. In this mechanical pulp process, we added chemicals such as Hydrogen peroxide, caustic (NaOH), or white liquor, Stabilizer and DTPA in order to bleach chromophores of lignin and increase the brightness of pulp.

Equipment observed:

Different types of pumps - centrifugal pumps and fire water pump

MSD, SEPF, cyclone separator, dewatering screw and filtarates

Bleaching towers

Industrial Visit Paid a visit to Patancheru Enviro Tech Limited to learn about the end-to-end Industrial Waste Water Treatment process. Observed the entire process used to treat wastewater that is released by industries as waste.
