Mini project:

SMS based data acquisition

When a machine is working with a limited temperature and voltage, and if its temperature or voltage exceeds it’s given limits, a SMS could be received to the concerned technician / engineer.

Main project:

On load tap changing of transformer through SCADA.

Based on the load requirements the taps on the transformer could be changed by sending signal from the SCADA software. And also this result can be stored with help of SCADA.

B TECH SEMINAR DETAILS :

Super Conductor Motors for High Speed Ship Propulsion.

A super conductor motor could be used for high speed ship propulsion purposes. This is more efficient than conventional motors.

M TECH SEMINAR DETAILS :

Power converter for traction energy storage using super capacitor.

A super capacitor is used for traction energy storage. It charges and discharges based on the acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle.

M TECH PROJECT DETAILS :

Islanding detection of a single phase distributed generated system.

Islanding is detected when the grid is disconnected from the DG by the variation of the parameters like DG voltage and grid frequency.

PAPERS PRESENTED:
