SQL Data Analyst/ The Management Trust, Kirkland, WA

The Management Trust provide custom HOA and maintenance provisions for small to medium scale communities, business, and real estate agencies. As part of this project, I have provided assistance on work orders and vendors provisioning systems through our legacy custom dashboards and backend data warehouse processing to comply with our end customers by preparing workorders ready for a day-to-day activity between vendor supply chain and the HOA/agencies.

Responsibilities:

Analyzed customers appointments, cancellations, and weekly change in schedules data as part of HOA maintenance using Power BI. From the analysis, prime hours during different months were identified based on which vendors sessions were scheduled for the duration of past 5 years which helped improve appointment conversation rate to 90% between vendor supply and end customer agencies.

Created an interactive dashboard using Power BI for budgeting team to make informative decisions about number of sub-vendors needed for each quarter to meet the customers demand during this session and to effectively use the allocated budgets in HOA vendor hiring process.

Gathered requirements from the end customers and elaborated the requirements by holding meetings.

Followed up with work orders and communicated vendors to get the status of the work progress.

Snigdha Infotech provides software solutions and training for a wide array of industries. While working as a SQL data analyst for traffic analytics part of a state road transportation authority, I was involved providing data trends and bottlenecks to help create a comprehensive solution for avoiding breakdowns in traffics in peak and non-peak times.
