Holder of M.Ed. in Biological Sciences, I come with 29 years of experience in Customer Service in the Education sector, and 02 years in the Communication Sector. Eighteen (18) of these years were spent as a Team Leader of groups of Professionals, with whom we together produced excellent results. Customer Service Representative: March - June 2020: Proximus Help Desk-PHILIPPINES.

- Made telephone calls to both old and new customers, living in Belgium, and succeeded to get 25% of them to buy our new Products, designed to meet their needs during this period of lockdown.

- Presented the new and attractive Proximus communication packages to former customers who left Proximus, for other telecommunication houses, and succeeded to bring back 5% of them.

- Filled online contract forms, and provided satisfactory solutions to Proximus customers.

Customer Service Representative: Sept. 2018 - Feb.2020: Mobile Telecommunication Network (MTN)-Cameroon.

- Received and channeled both calls and documents of customers who had difficulties with their Mobile Money operations to either the technical or commercial desks of the company, and successfully hit the target of at least 20 solved problems a week.

- identified and assigned new Mobile Money codes for customers whose codes have been hacked or lost with a 100% efficiency.

December, 2006 - led a delegation of two GLOBE students from G.B.H.S. Ndop, to represent Cameroon at the Global Environmental Youth Convention (GEYC) 2006 in Dubai- United Arab Emirates, where we presented a research paper titled: The influence of Ndop Wetlands on the Environmental services.
