●Design change in Transmission components (Housing, Shaft, Gear’s...Etc.) based on requirement
●Gear shifting cable routing based on vehicle constraints
●Gear shifting cable Support bracket design based on requirement
●Vehicle level DMU study and DMU preparation
●Completion of lifecycle
VALIDATION LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES
●Support for Transmission and CSO DVP Testing
●Support for performance Validation of Transmission ( GSQA )
●Part arrangement & fitment support- Proto fitment
●Proto vehicle monitoring
●Preparation of fitment sign off report & Proto report
●Based on the validation report, Issues (If any) will be resolved
●Support for Plant fitment
Drivetrain Engineering - Clutch & IPU

●Selection of clutch assembly based on vehicle input
●Selection of entire clutch systems to achieve required clutch Pedal effort and Travel

●Selection and Validation of IPU - Pedal ratio, Master cylinder specifications based on clutch
