Emission, brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC) and full load performance(FTP) Optimization and calibration of diesel fuel injection equipment for UNIT PUMP COMMON RAIL(UPCR) and COMMON RAIL(CR) engines to meet the desired performance.

Drivability and Performance calibration for FORCE 2L and TATA 2.2L Automatic Transmission.

Optimization of fuel mapping(F-MAP) to meet emission performance and good combustion For FORCE 2L.

Injector selection and engine hardware selection based on best engine out emission, brake specific fuel consumption and full load performance.

Engine out optimization for best emission compromise, smoke and bsfc.

Torque based calibration.

Speed pilot control strategy to compromise fuel economy while injector nozzle wear or stucks happens in Nozzle hole as per fuel mapping condition. Engine testing:

Monitor the characteristics and failures during the endurance trials & prepare failure reports. Reporting the details of testing to our customer and managing day to day activities of Engine testing center.

Thermal shock test Engine exposes products to alternating low and high temperature rapidly failure caused by temperature.

Working Knowledge in Software:

Engine Communication Software’s are ETAS(INCA) and VISU(DELPHI)

Dyno Software’s are AVL EDACS, PUMA and IASYS.

Microsoft Office package.
