DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop & Maintain the Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring the Project activities which includes Engineering,

Procurement and Construction Activities.

Facilitating Co-ordination with HO for arranging materials as well as acquiring clarification, regarding drawings and documents accountable for taking BOM (Bill of Material).

Preparation of detailed schedule for Construction.

Preparing Work breakdown structures and budget data for those WBS elements.

Preparing Commissioning Schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection team, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan.

Coordinate with the engineering and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and material and equipment availability.

Planning & organizing the works based on their priority with scheduling.

Coordinating progress review meetings with clients and recording minutes.

Co-ordination with site execution team and head office design engineers for resolving the issues highlighted during execution of work

Co-ordination with vendors for final documentation and engineering disciplines for release of as-built drawings & documents

Monitoring and updating the day to day site activities, manpower, equipment’s utilization and construction activities.

Tracking design approvals, construction drawing approvals, material approvals, delay in site inspection, bill of quantities variation.

Conducting review meetings with Engineers, Supervisors and labours to pull out their issues in site.

Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress Reports.
