I am working in Linear Low Density Polyethylene Unit (UNIVATION Technology) with production capacity of 720KTPA.

Online analyzers:

Maintenance and troubleshooting of online analyzers in LLDPE, mainly

Gas Chromatograph-Siemens Maxum II

Moisture analyzers-Ametek 5000 and 3050

Oxygen analyzers-GE Delta F.

Sulphur analyzer-Thermo Fisher SOLA II

Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer-Teledyne 4020.

Expertise in Siemens Maxum II Gas Chromatograph Portal software, Ametek 3050 configurator software.

Good understanding of sample handling systems and calibration procedures of different analyzers.

Execution of MOC in analyzers for reliability improvement.

Field instruments and system:

Troubleshooting of field instruments and providing control system related support as per operational requirement. Handling of emergency situation as and when required. Planning, assigning, supervising and executing daily instrument maintenance jobs in co ordination with operation/ electrical/ mechanical department. Planning, execution and supervision of start up and shutdown activity.

Hands on experience in Schneider Invensys Distributed Control System in understanding of logics and executing minor modifications, block changes like alarm values and range changes, alarm suppressions and inhibitions.

Having basic knowledge of Siemens Simatic Manager.

Good understanding of Foundation fieldbus devices and their wiring schemes. Hands on experience in Field device manager for configuration changes in FF devices.

Hands on experience with HART 475 for trouble shooting and modifications in field devices.

Ability to read & understand technical drawings such as P&ID, Hookup, logic diagrams, level sketches, wiring diagrams, interposing relay diagrams and Cause and effects drawings.

Successfully completed and actively participated in 2 annual shutdowns that included planning of jobs and spares, safe execution of all field jobs in given time handling 10+ manpower.

Expertise in interpreting technical manuals and schematics.

Precommissioning of Loop checking from field to DCS.

Making plant specific SMPs, check sheets and Risk Assessment sheets for critical jobs.

Plant maintenance related:

Strong understanding of safety requirements and standard procedures in the plant. Managing the entire operations and maintenance activities with key focus on bottom line profitability.

Hands on experience in SAP for work permit, reservation and PR related works for spares.

BOM updation of all instruments for spare management.

Maintaining inventory of materials and reducing downtime.

Manpower and material management for every job.

Implementing 5S in workplace, ensuring safety in all aspects before starting the job.

Regular documentation of completed jobs in SAP.

Planning of Weekly and Daily jobs.
