● Performs technical and administrative management for the effective running of the department.

● Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, quality control and infection control standards.

● Responsible for the coordinated work flow with all the user areas and also the supporting departments like biomedical and electrical.

● Purchase all the surgical equipments and keeping the inventory.
