Flexographic Printing Operator

• I am an experienced printing operator in a flexographic printing industry and also a self-motivated individual who will bring a set of talents that I believe will be valuable to your industry.

• My duties as a printing operator is to set up and operate flexographic printing press to print designs on rolls of flexible plastic films

• Fill dye fonts with prescribed inks

• Adjusting positions of cylinder to print two or more colours without overlapping on previously printed area

• Inserting shaft through core of plastic roll on press in feed position

• Using tape to splice end of row to regulate roll tension and feed

• Start press, adjusting speed, tension and aligning of printing plates as necessary

• Cut samples of printed materials and check for imperfections to ensure we are having a good work done while monetary machine to make sure it functions properly

• Lastly, we clean rubber plates, cylinders and dye fonts using solvents and lubricate press as needed.
