PROFILE

Over 6 years & 5 months of experience in functional testing and product testing with good

work skills in Test Planning, Test Execution and Test Results Analyses.

Experienced in product testing, functional testing and mobile testing for products including

One shield- ACT and Insurity- Policy Decisions,

Having basic knowledge in Guidewire products - Billing center and Claim center.

6 months of Hands on experience in Java and selenium framework for automating an

Capital One Financial Corporation is a U.S.-based bank holding company specializing in

credit cards, home loans, auto loans, banking and savings products. The company helped pioneer

the mass marketing of credit cards in the 1990s, and it is now the fourth-largest customer of the

United States Postal Service.

Description of Project:

The purpose of the project is to maintain the current application using Ingenium tool. The

maintenance work also includes testing of major project, minor project, production support bugs

and enhancement. Provide support for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

started the career with this project in Business Insurance and supported for the entire release in

effective manner and made it successful by adding Business value to our Client partners.

MHP functionality includes viewing the policy, bill payment, claims submission,

contacting the Hanover for queries. MHP project.

Mobile app allows the user to access the policy data anywhere, anytime.

MHP projects include testing of both MHP & mobile apps to ensure it enables user

completely a new platform for Commercial policy business policy issuance process. Policy is

initiated from AVE platform and pushed to new product Policy Decision. Also policy decision is

enabled with new UI stability and enhanced performance.

TOOLS DEVELOPED

Title: Timesheet defaulter generator.

Application used: Selenium framework and Java.

Tool description: Tool automatically generates weekly timesheet defaulters report and

send email to defaulters on scheduled time to remind about pending timesheet.

Advantage: No manual intervention is required and can be scheduled as per need.

ADDITONAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Worked as part of Capital One QA Agile show. The event represented the working pattern

and methodologies involved in Capital one account.

Worked as part of QA Hackathon event This event was conducted to develop set of tools

and to showcase the same to clients. Tools were developed using java & selenium
