JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and executing the project as per client’s requirements.

• Execution of Post Tension Slabs.

• Preparing BBS according to drawings under senior supervision.

• Co-ordinating with Surveyor and MEP for the precised work.

• Raising RFI’S and getting the approval from the consultant and the concerned government authority.

• Make site visits to make measurements on site for actual completed work.

• Maintaining daily reports and progress of civil works.

• Conduct each activity Inspection with the consultant or client.

• Coordinating with quality engineer at the time of concreting and further reports.

• Getting a clearance from the safety officer for scaffolding erections, and other necessary items.

• Co-ordinate with concerned foreman to check the project status and development.

• Checking all the shuttering works of slabs, columns and beams, their proper offset with the columns.

• Attending the meetings with higher authority for the progress and execution of the project.
