CENTRIFUGAL & RECIPROCATING PUMPS:
Make: Nuevo pig none, pacific-hero, Sulzer, Ingersoll rand
Maintenance in all types of pumps such as centrifugal, reciprocating and rotary pumps.
Obtaining a complete check list of the dismantle equipment and keep a record of same.
Inspect the condition id rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors, wear rings, bearings, coupling and stationary parts such as casing, stuffing box, distance pieces and bearing housing
Renewal of mechanical seals replacement of rotor checking wearing and throat bushes, bearing clearances.
Hydro test of pumps to determine mechanical seal leaks
Overhauling of reciprocating pumps including renewal of plunger packing suction discharge valves checking and servicing
Inspection and renewal of journal bearing, trust bearing, wear ring
Preventive, breakdown, and overhauling of pumps dismantling and assembling.
RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR:
Maintenance and overhauling of NUOVO PIGNONE, BROOM WADE (BW2D) CLARK (CRA, 40T) CAMERON (SUPERIOR WH-6).
Have hand on experience in the preventive /corrective/major inspection of the compressor.
Performed valve repair and replacement/piston rings & rider rings replacement/internal clearance measurement/ rod packing’s & oil wiper packing replacement/ cross head, connecting rod and main bearings inspection and repair.

Major overall Natural gas lifting centrifugal compressors with dry gas seal system with various capacities. Involved in Bundle replacement and repair seal changing, bearing changing, inter stages labyrinth changing, balancing piston labyrinth changing, thrust collar fixing with hydraulic fit method and coupling hub fixing with hydraulic fit method and its seal and Lube oil circuit accessories maintenance.

Routine maintenance/preventive maintenance
Greasing to be done as per lubrication list. Provide shaft sealing with roller bearing grease/ some operating hours before oil change, so that the surplus of grease is flushed
To be checked the Belt condition and its tension.
To be checked the alignment between two pulleys.
To be cleaned or changed the inlet filters.
Check any leakage from the seal or from the system.
FIN FAN COOLER:
To take the various measurements Blade Angle, Bearing Thrust allowance, fit of fan hub and Sheaves with Shaft, Alignment of Belt Drive.
Do the Drive arrange methods Direct Couple with Motor Shaft and Belt Drive.
Taking the Preventive Maintenance works Periodic Vibration Measurement, Lubrication of Fan Bearings, Checking Belt Connections and measuring any Noisy Operation.
WELL HEAD MAINTENANCE: BEAM PUMP, PCP&ESP
Working various types X-Mas tree valves, (SSSV, SSV, WING, CROWN and UPPER & LOWER MASTER VALVES) changes for flow meters and flow transmitters.
Bearing replacement, pulley replacement and belt replacement jobs.
Carried out packing replacement and major overhauling jobs.
