Statutory Compliance:To ensure 100% compliance of statutory requirement in Director of Boilers,CPCB,UPPCB,Weights and measurement,petroleum & hazardous chemicals.

Energy conservation by study of deviation of process parameters and suggesting corrective action to bring the deviation within optimum range to ensure the specific steam/Feed+Fuel energy with in the budgeted value.

To ensure training on handling of hazardous chemicals,fire & safety to all employees including all contract workman

Responsible for skill development of manpower for improving technical ability to meet plant requirement throughout the year.

Responsible for Bar chart preparation & its follow up during ATR & Strategic planning of plant start-up & shutdown & responsible for planning, scheduling and resource/manpower consideration for different activities of shutdown jobs.

Responsible for erection and commissioning of 18 MW & 10 MW power plant

Responsible for preparing the Gas turbine-BI and CI activities.

. Responsible for Periodic maintenance of VAM & its performance monitoring.

Responsible for preparing the efficiency chart for both the boiler and the turbine.

Responsible for procurement, erection and commissioning of new Reverse Osmosis system in the plant as a part of the water conservation management process.

Rotor High speed & Low speed balancing, Run-out rectification.

Team Leader of Internal Audit,for ISO9001,14001,27001,50001.
