Hy Power Clamps is a product based company, where the product is ‘Electrical Foot Pedal’. The product is supplied to MNC company named ‘Curtis’ worldwide. Design, Development and assembly activities are in house. Machining and manufacturing activities are sourcing type.

Designation : - Procurement Engineer ( from June 2019 to till date )

Roles and responsibilities: -

ERP implementation in Procurement & material management.

Vendor negotiations, accurate order placements, good payment terms, good product selection, on time delivery, co-ordinate well with Logistics & safe reaching till handover to customer.

Develop new vendors, strategic partnering, new suppliers, Prepare agreements for long term benefits.

Coordination for Cost Sheet and preparation of the final data for management based of Cost sheet.

Creation of a cost database and it's continuous updating, pricing from new vendors. Database should be such that it can be used by all marketing departments for cost competitiveness.

Manage all procurement related activities like bill discounting, supplier & buyer credit, inventory control. Monitoring Logistic Activity-Invoicing, Inward-Outward.

Preparing Purchase related documents, maintaining same, inventory control, ISO system related Documents.

INTENCE ENGINEERING PVT LTD

Intence Engineering is a pharma food and beverage equipment’s manufacturing company. Design, Development and assembly activities are in house. Machining and manufacturing activities are sourcing type.

Designation : - Purchase Exicutive ( From Jan 2019 to June 2019 )

Role and Responsibilities: -

Purchase material for production / Development team.

Create Purchase Order as per MRP system for production item.

Communicate with suppliers for material / billing / feasibility for on-time receipts.

Follow up for material on phone / mail / personal visit.

Arrange material for new development parts in short lead time.

Send material for labour work to supplier with help of stores.

Communicate rejection and billing issues to supplier by mail and phone.
