Overall Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivering high quality Early Years Care and Education to children aged 2 to 6 years using Montessori System of Education and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as a framework. Leading and coordinating planning, ensuring effective contribution by all members of the team and balance of appropriate adult-led to child-initiated activities. Maintaining records of curriculum and year plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment plans, field trips, yearly, monthly and weekly plans, etc. Teaching the students according to their individual needs using appropriate teaching strategies and Preparing activities for differentiated groups.
Assessments, records and reports on the academic development, progress and attainment of students and Marking developmental goals. Communication and meeting with parents to resolve problems. Keeping parents informed and updated of students’ progress while respecting the confidentiality of student-related information. Ensuring behavior management is implemented and adhered to throughout class. Using age-appropriate and technology in classroom. Planning and organizing visits, field trips and special activities.
Computer Literacy
