JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN PROJECTS.

Structural fabrication & Erection

Equipment Erection & Commissioning.

Preparing protocols and providing front for next work.

Project documentation and Preparing progress report.

Contractor bill checking & certification.

Site decision making, checking of all the works, safety ensuring in site as a site in charge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE.

Handling Mechanical activities in running maintenance, shutdown maintenance, preventive, predictive and break down maintenance.

Spare management, Indenting and procurement of spare materials and also inventory control.

Preparing Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, lubrication schedule, Shut Down job planning and execution the same.

Responsible for running the plant in shifts and maintaining & monitoring the plant parameters on continues basis.

Carrying Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of scheduled machines.

Independent to prepare daily list of jobs.

Taking action after identifying the problems.

Trouble shooting of mechanical equipment’s.

To ensure the Safety of the co-workers while carrying out the Maintenance activities at the site.

LRF roof fabrication, water cooled chutes fabrication, VD heat shield fabrication, water cooled panels fabrication.

LRF electrode holder changing/repair and arm cylinder regulation.

LRF WCC cable changing /repair.

Troubleshooting and maintenance of hydraulics and lubrication system.

Gearbox functioning, defect identification and servicing.

Operation of NDT’s like ultraprobe and dye penetrant test.

Oil analysis and analysis of NAS valve in hydraulic oil.

Condition monitoring, Vibration analysis and balancing of induced draft fans.

Lubrication of all the rotating equipments.

Servicing of hydraulic valves, Gearbox, Alignment of vacuum pump lobes and motors.

Pickling and flushing of hydraulic pipelines.

Flushing of vacuum pumps by loctiteblue solution.

Break drum adjustments of transfer cars.

MANEGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

At present working as General shift incharge for the Steel Melting Shop (Energy Optimizing Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace & VD.

To plan & implement for the maximum output from Man, Machine & material.

Handling of man power as per requirement

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 57%, from Rao Bahaddur Y Mahaballeshwarappa Engineering college Ballari in the year July 2013, from V.T.U.

PUC from BEST College, Ballari in the year 2009 with 57%.

SSLC from St Joseph’s boys High School, Ballari in the Year 2007 with 73.50 %.
