1. PROJECT : A’SEEB WASTE WATER PROJECT, PACKAGE-2 CHRONOLOGY: NOVEMBER 2018- till date
POSITION : SITE ENGINEER / SITE INCHARGE (ZONE 5). CLIENT : HAYA WATER.
CONSULTANT: HAYA WATER
LOCATION : AL Khoudh, Al Mobela, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. This project cost is of a total value of 23 million R.O. This comprises of main lines of 125 kilometers of sewer main lines, with diameter of pipes from 160 mm UPVC, up to 500 mm HDPE diameter pipelines, which includes 137 kilometers of rider sewers and approximately 2500 numbers of house connections, and fiber optic ducts for each plot and fiber optic chambers for Manholes.
2. PROJECT : A’SEEB WASTE WATER PROJECT, PACKAGE-1 EXTENSION TO EXISTING NETWORK, zone 1&6
CHRONOLOGY: FEB 2018-NOVEMBER 2018
POSITION : SITE ENGINEER
CLIENT : HAYA WATER.
CONSULTANT : HAYA WATER
LOCATION : AL Khoudh, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
This project was a total cost of 17 million R.O. Comprising of lateral and rider sewers. Around 70 kilometers main line including UPVC pipes of 200mm dia. And up to 500 mm diameters HDPE Pipes. And rider lines of around 120 kilometers of UPVC 200 mm dia. pipes and 160 mm dia. Pipes. The number of houses connected to the rider sewers is around 3307 houses, fiber optic ducts for each plot and fiber optic chambers for Manholes.
Duties & Responsibilities in these
projects include but not limited to :
-Review of contract drawings,
specifications and documents.
-Supervision of site works of waste
water projects, infrastructure projects.
-Sending enquiries for
materials/equipment to suppliers and
follow up for quotations and ensuring
timely delivery of materials at site.
-Conducting materials receiving
inspections and coordinating with the
client for approvals.
-Monitoring Contractor compliance with
the requirements of the contract scope
of all civil works according to approved
technical specifications, quality plan and
contract documents.
-Co-ordination with other engineering
disciplines in all aspects during the
execution of work to ensure that all site
activities are conducted under
controlled conditions as per shop
drawings, method statements,
specifications and work plan.
-Preparing monthly, weekly summary
sheets and close out reports to submit
to the project manager for updating all
the site activities.
-Monitoring the progress, attending
weekly meeting with senior
management officers of Consultant, and
the project Mangers, planning
engineers, HSE officers.
-Co-ordination with all the other
departments to ensure the smooth
completion of the project in time
without any re works or delays.
-Co-ordination with the designer and
the site for preparing the final as-built
drawings.
-Participates in development of
Quality control.
-Performing quality checks, such as
soil compaction, moisture content,
graduation, concrete slumps,
concrete compression, and coring.
3. PROJECT : AL Amerat Waste water networks Contract A2. CHRONOLOGY : OCTOBER 2013- FEB 2018.

CONSULTANT : NJS OMAN.
LOCATION : AL Amerat, Muscat, Sultanate Of Oman.
This 29 million R.O. project comprises of 140 kilometers of lateral and rider sewers, trunk lines and treated effluent lines with about 3000 house connections (initially) and later the house connections increased to about 4200 houses with rider sewers, and fiber optic ducts and chambers.

CHRONOLOGY : February 2011- October 2013.
POSITION : Site Engineer (Sub contractor)
CLIENT : HAYA WATER.
CONSULTANTS: PARSONS INTERNATIONAL LLC.
This 58 Million R.O project comprised of 200km Gravity Sewer Network and almost 6500 numbers of Dry House Connections and 270km Rider Sewers. I started working in Muscat, Oman, with this project as a site engineer.
2. PROJECT: Extension of Muscat International Airport at Seeb This project comprised of Construction of Reinforced Concrete Culverts for the Apron drains.
CLIENT: Ministry of Transport & communications (MOTC) POSITION: Site Engineer.
CONSULTANTS: COWI-LARSEN.
MAIN CONTRACTORS: BECHTEL AND CCC.
PROJCET : 500 M3 Concrete Water Storage Tank at Madinat-AL- Ilam:
CLIENT : Muscat Municipality
CONTRACTORS: Golden Horizon Trading and Contracting LLC. This project comprised of construction of a water storage tank at Madinat AL Ilam for irrigation purposes.
-Co-ordination with the Ministry of
Housing, MEDC (Muscat Electricity
Distribution Company), Muscat
Municipality, Consultants and client.
-Supervising the backfilling and road
reinstatement works (temporary and
permanent asphalt).
-Setting out invert levels for pipelines
for Main Lines Manholes, House
connection chambers. Supervising the
all constructive works like excavation of
the trenches, formation, leveling, pipe
laying, and backfilling.
-Supervision of civil construction works,
recording of measurements,
management of manpower etc.
-Supervising the construction &
installation of block work property
chambers and HDPE and Polycrete
house connection chambers, Rider
Manholes and Main Manholes.
-Going through all level details in the
sewer table and alignment in the
approved shop drawings of the
concerned area before execution of the
works.
-Supervising the backfilling as well as
the reinstatement of tiles, interlocks,
marbles, granite etc. as per the previous
site conditions and specifications.
-Conducting air test, water test, light
and mirror test and deflection test.
-Handling customer complaints and
solving the issues within limited time.
-Implementation of Health, safety and
environment plans.
-Supervision of Site Work of Multi
Storey Buildings.
-Surveillance of ongoing activities on
daily basis. .
-Preparing inspection reports, checklists
for clients approval & update and
maintain the record for future
references.
