Responsibilities:
Employees Co-ordination:
Organizing photo session for Identity cards, collecting the identity cards and distributing to the concerned person.
Proper assistance for cabs and bus for employees.
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings.
Assistance of Petro-card whenever required.
Trip arrangements, R & R co-ordinations, arranging other cultural and marathon activities.
Visitors Co-ordination:
Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
