DUTIES PERFORMED BY ME SO FAR
Initial planning to supervise the construction for RE wall projects.
Checking drawings, quantities, calculations are accurate for the work.
Planning and Programming of the project along with the planning Engineers and scheduling of all the items of work.
Daily deployment of machineries assigned to the varies activities like EARTH WORK, GSB, WMM, BM, DBM, BC, rigid pavement and reviewing their optimum utilization.
Planning the Site activities and efficiently organizing the plant, man power and material and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Day- to – Day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of sub-contractors.
Interacting with consultants, raising of daily RFI and getting approval for the works.
Guiding junior staff to achieve the planned progress and making them familiar with MORTH and IRC specifications.
Preparation of BBS.
