Asst.Mgr – Mechanical/ Maintenance

Currently involved in Centralized Maintenance Team of DRI & RMHS (Also, individual responsibility of maintaining DR plant’s mechanical maintenance activities) with responsibilities of looking the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, shut down maintenance & predictive maintenance activities of various static & rotary equipments.

Hydraulic Power-Pack System in residual material disposal section in DR- Plant. This is the first time implementation of Power-pack system in 100TPD DR-Plant (Rotary Kiln Type).

Preparing & maintaining various maintenance plans & material planning, spares & machine inventory & cost control activities in SAP system.

Preparing & implementing the Preventive Maintenance Plans in SAP (PM - Module) & MIS (Compilation of data and presentations, Monthly status, Monthly Highlights, visual display, before & after Photographs summary etc) Report based on Management reviews.

Involved in maintaining & fulfilling the ISO requirements time to time (ISO 9001 – 2015 & 14001 -2015) in associated division (DR plant).

Involved in implementing & maintaining Management Initiative like TPM at DR plant in association with TPM Cell.

Ensuring adherence to daily CLIT schedule & PM schedule for critical machines and equipment at the shop floor.

Involved in maintaining routine repair within budget by reducing machine breakdown by ensuring regular PM, Maximized MTBF to reducing MTTR.

Experience of working in the one 500 TPD DRI project work and as well as in commissioning of plant.

Working in the mechanical department and in planning cell and looking after structural erection, alignment, inspection of fabrication material and bill checking of our up-coming DRI project work.

Skilfully inspecting & maintaining equipments related to Kiln, Cooler, E.S.P. R.M.H.S (Coal handling Plant) & product circuit.

While working in planning cell, remain involved in planning for new project revise drawing and material procurement and inspection of those materials.

Periodic condition monitoring of crushing and screening equipments to ensure their availabilities.

Erection and commissioning of mechanical equipments related to material handling system such as motor, pulley, gearbox, fluid coupling.

Knowledge of flow divider, motor, pulley, gearbox, scoop coupling, hoists, supervision of civil fronts available by client & other mechanical equipment installation & alignments with commissioning for COAL HANDLIND PLANT, BARREL & RECLEMER at base blending plant.
