My Duties / Responsibilities:

• Prepare the ISF, form for custom purpose in USA shipments

• Preparation the custom documents.

• Preparation the all bank documents according to the L/C, C.A.D, & D.A basis DDP

shipment.

• Submit the booking on line INTTRA Shipping CRO request sent to the Shipping line .

• Submitting the BL Draft (ESI) on Line INTTRA shipping or web ( SAFMARINE UASC, CMA

CGM, HAPPAG LLOYD, MSC, )

• Prepare the Shipment advice send to our customer .

• Prepaid the insurance policy as per L/C requirement.

• Arrange the booking of Sea /Air shipment according to the buyer requirement with nominated forwarder & Shipping line.

• Arrange & lifting the loading program shipping line & forwarder. Coordinate with clearing

agent.

• Ensure timely shipment to Customers.

• Follow up with shipping lines on weekly basis and also the lead time for arrival of the vessel.

• Correspondent with the Customer regarding shipment & export documents issues.

• Making shipment plan / manifest and container load (M3). Follow up with the concern Department.
