PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other data to plan project.
Executing of G+32 Floors building having 128 flats Interior Finishing work, like tiling,painting,Granite works till handing over to customer.
And also having Various finishing works like brick masonry and block masonry,plastering internal as well as external, falseceiling & cladding and painting works
coordinating with MEP team, Checking quality and safety at site, Certifying
bills to the contractors, attending progress meeting & Final handing over
to operation team
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of Incidents and/or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the Workplace.
Assist in the proper closeout of project including transmittal of final documentation to client.
1.Supervision and inspection for civil finishing work like block work, plastering, tile granite, flooring, gypsum ceiling, pop and painting, marble granite work.
2. Overall execution of finishes work at site as per drawings. Carrying out of finishing works like flooring, painting and joinery works.
3. Inspection of the quality of the work for above said works & Preparation of snag list or pending list of works before 1st coat painting & reviewing the same & giving clearance before painting works.
4. Preparation of final snag list which involves civil, flooring, painting, joinery, granite works and attending the same with coordination of various departments.
5. Attending the snag list which is received from clients.
6. Inspection of the Materials received at site.
7. Quality check for the finishing works.
8. Any rectification works to be done as per client requirement.
9. Final checking of flat before handing over to CRM.

PRESENT EMPLOYMENT : Working as Assistant manager in sandhya constructions (SHPL) with project G+ 10floors commercial building around 10 lakhs sft area, executing all internal finishing works from July 2019 to till date .
1) PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT: worked as Senior.Engineer in profound infra (G+20floor building structure works from excavation from jan2019 to July 2019

Executing of structure, & shuttering work as per the quality & safety.
Review of Execution and handling day-to-day Construction Activities.
Responsible for day to day supervision of works, planning, scheduling, monitoring and Co-ordination with Project team members, and supporting departments.
